JO Companies is one of the housing development partners for "The Heights", a historic housing development that will deliver over 1,000 homes to the greater east side of Saint Paul. The total development cost for the first phase for JO Companies is approximately $75 million which will deliver 199-Units of affordable housing for individuals and families located on Larpenteur Ave. E and McKnight Road North in Saint Paul.
JO Companies first phase will offer studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units for households making incomes of 30%, and 60% area median income. JO Companies first phase will be an amenity-rich development. From being adjacent to newly built asset classes ranging from multi-family, and single family homes, trails, and a park, every unit will have a washer and dryer, balconies, and residents will have access to a fitness center, community room, below grade and surface parking. The first phase will also be adhering to the highest sustainability goals: From rooftop solar to net zero buildings.
