Penn Station Apartments is JO Companies next affordable housing development, and is a $23 million new construction development that will deliver 42-Units of affordable, and supportive housing units to the City of Richfield located at 6501 Penn Avenue South.
Penn Station Apartments' modern design reflects innovation, and redefines what affordable housing looks, and feels like. This development will offer one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom units for households making incomes of 30%, 50%, and 60% area median income. Penn Station will be an amenity-rich development. Every unit will have a washer and dryer, balconies, and residents will have access to a fitness center, community room, below grade and surface parking. Penn Station Apartments will also have an indoor playground for children, and will also be adhering to SB 2030.
